RETURNS

Thank you for purchasing our products at www.shopbeautywithambition.com.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you will be required to return the product within 14 days of receipt of your item. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.  Hair Extension products must be sealed, not used or tampered with and in their original packaging. The hygiene bands must also be still intact. We cannot under any circumstances make any exceptions to these conditions for both hygiene reasons and to offer all customers the same equal opportunities. Please note that this is a general industry standard and will be in line with all other suppliers of hygiene products.

Please DO NOT return any items without prior arrangement with our customer care team as they will advise where to send to and of any other information to include in the package and log it as a return so we know to expect it. Please send all items secured signed for and tracked and retain the receipt as we will not accept any responsibilty for packages that are sent to us going astray, getting items to us safely is strictly the responsibility of the customer.

After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The full amount will be refunded to the original payment method you used for the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.  In the event an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us to discuss.

DELIVERY

* UPDATE:  We are pleased to announce that we still delivering as normal despite the COVID-19 pandemic. However, due to occasional Royal Mail staff shortages please allow a couple of extra days for your item to arrive. As this situation continues, for customers that choose the £2.95 1-3 day option we will be upgrading this to a signed-for service temporarily so both ourselves and our customers have peace of mind that items are being recorded. 

We aim to deliver most items within 3 to 5 days with the free delivery option or 1 to 3 days for paid 1st class delivery. If a longer delivery time is expected for a certain product this will be stipulated within the item description. if in the unlikely event your order doesn’t arrive within 7 days please contact us and we will look into it for you.  Please note that the 1 to 3 days and 3 to 5 days stated are full business days and will NOT include the day that the order was placed. This also excludes weekends or bank holidays.
